    Ever since I updated the app. It requires me to sign in. Can this issue be resolved. It’s time consuming

    I have to sign in every time I use email. Thinking of moving my email account as this never use to happen.

    How about fingerprint touch signing in ? . I cannot continue to login with user ID plus password every time I leave and return to AOL mail. If this continues I’ll delete the app.

    This is beyond annoying, PLEASE fix this, after 20 plus years I may have to use another email address, this log in every time is just NOT user friendly or efficient

    This is PIA. An email app that you have to sign each time to use is extremely antiquated. AOL will lose my account if this continues.

    Each time I try to get into my AOL I have to sign in and it does not take my password I’ve had this AOL where at least 20 years can you please help

    Keep signing me off, this is very bad, I can’t believe I still using AOL for business, will fix this today

    Same here. Good app suddenly turned useless.

    App keeps telling me to tap to get started, have to re-enter user name and password again, even though settings show it should be working properly. Useless like this. Resetting phone did not help.
