Frustrated that I have to re-sign in every time I open the app. What happened? Takes too long and hence am using only occasionally to check if anything important got caught in spam. Wondering if this is only affecting migrated accounts from Verizon or all AOL emails?

Please fix the issues with AOL. I have to turn my phone off and back on to be able to check my emails. It tells me that my password is invalid and I know it is not. I am getting very frustrated and I am considering at this point to shut my AOL account down. Which is a shame since I have had this account since 18 years or maybe longer. Fix it or lose a lot of people.

I’m so frustrated that I now have to log in EVERY time. Consider making the app more like gmails app. Simple and straight forward, and allows you to stay logged in

The failure to retain passwords is absurd! It is just another example of a user unfriendly app becoming more arrogant.
I have been an AOL user since shortly after its inception by Steve Case.
Nevertheless, unless this clunky issue is fixed within seven (7) days, I will shift to another provider. -

I receive the above message two or MORE times a day. I have an iPhone 8. I have used AOL app for years. I removed app and reinstalled and still receive message. It is very annoying!!! My husband has an Android and NO problems. Could AOL techs FIX. Thank you

The app no longer keeps me signed in, when did this change? It is frustrating to have to sign in (almost) every time I use the app. Occasionally it is still open. Is there a time out period? Please fix this.

Very frustrating to have to log in to the app each time I want to access my email. Too time consuming to do a quick check. Have started migrating to my gmail account.

HATE having to sign in each time I need to check email. I have been with AOL for over 20 years and will stop using this email account if this is not fixed as soon as possible!! Very annoying and cumbersome, not ok!!!
