    AOL have me signing in by using the phone to get a verification every time I need to check my mails. It’s very annoying. I call AOL and they wanted to charge my credit card a fee. I did this for a week but couldn’t keep up anymore and if I’m in the streets who wants to be doing this all the time . I’ve been with Aol for years now since I don’t like changes but I’m planning to leave and move on if this continues. They seems to do this to me every year for a fee. Shame on you Aol you will be losing a valuable customer because of money .

    Same issues, it’s ridiculous and very inconvenient. I’ve missed some important emails because of it and am now using other providers for emails. Been a paying member for almost 20 years. How could you let this happen? We have to logon on each time so the app and website can share information ... what in the world does that mean? Terrible glitch, terrible service, so disappointed.

    I have the same problem I’ve had this account since 1998 I hate that you don’t keep me signed in and you gorse need to ***** up my password every time I do not remember 150 password when I’m away from home where I keep copies of them so I’m forded to change it every freakin time I try I’ll just stop using this annoying account come on you can do better looks like you have a lot if unhappy customers, why make it complicated life already is don’t add to it

    Although I am finding the same with iTunes, so I keep having to reset my WiFi, Is it through added usage?

    Signing in 100 times. WTH is going on with horrible AOL app. Can Verizon move my emails on another service. The worst

    Will be leaving aol to another email provider due to the constant signing in when I need to check my emails. Please fix this. Member since 1992.
