For the past eight years I was able to open iPhone and open AOL email Now recently 20 days I need to log in to AOL to check emails. It made it easier on me that when I unlock my phone can check emails. Why did it change?

They want me to pay for tech support and from what I see from from here is that it would be a waste.

I’ve been having trouble staying signed in for about 2 days now, which coincides with the release of an app update. I spent half a day in the phone with various techs from different providers including AOL, where I was advised it was an iPhone issue. It is not. I spoke to the iPhone tech and it is clearly an app issue. Every time I sign in it states it is my first time signing in because it does not recognize the device I’m signing in from. This is very frustrating. I cannot carry my laptop around all day to view e-mails. Please fix it.

I believe they are sitting back and laughing at our frustrations !! They see all the complaining and not once has responded! I even wrote to Aol and keep sending me back emails “ to help us better understand you problem please write it in words ! *** AND EVERY TIME I WRITE BACK IM GETTING MADER AND MADER ! With the same reply! It’s automatic they aren’t even reading anything we r saying here or an email! I think they are making worse The more we complain ! What a way to go AOL !! After multiple tries of trying to log in if repeating I just clicked at the top to drop the next sign in and my mail is there but it did NOT fix the problem! I even had a pop to fix the problem I clicked on it and NO FIX HAPPENED!! Then it says to go to a desktop and fix it in the mail center ! IT DOESNT WORK THERE ISNT A PLACE TO FIX ANYTHING ANYMORE ! *** Aol are u trying to shut the Aol app down?? I believe so! And all my drs families lawyers etc and many more important clients have this email !! *** is going on
