    Why won’t the app allow me to stay signed in? Have to enter user name and password every time I use it. Shouldn’t the app be convenient to use?

    Fix your ****** App. Always required to sign in. This occurs for many weeks, then the App works correctly for a while, then requires sign in for many weeks. FIX it for good!

    Easier to DO SO and record of IP addresses did:mm:tt of last in/outs to keep safe and comply with NIST 800-53r5 and other security protocols

    I tap Delete on ads from Amazon, close AOL app. Open the AOL app and the deleted ad is still there.

    I’m getting advertisements that are not even relevant to me In the slitist. It’s always related to OAP’s and some have just made no sense to advertise.

    Ads in the email inboxes is preposterous, and annoying enough to make me consider finding a new Mail service. Stop!

    Sucks! Requests sign in when moving between AOL and other apps on my phone. It seems to be timing out the sign in which is annoying when the app is downloaded and should always be accessible!

    Every time I click to check email have to put in email address then password. I go through steps to add other accounts only to have all disappear next time I try to check mail.

    Glad to find I’m not alone but makes switch to gmail likely.

    Fix the sign in. Stop making us have to log in twice in a row.

    Issues with having to sign in every time is a pain. I am not sure why AOL does not get this fixed. Are they trying to push us all to Gmail??

    Every time I go into the app I have to sign in. That makes the signature go away which is ridiculous. I have cleared my cookies and still an issue. This should not be so hard. Why can’t you get this glitch fixed??

    How can Iogin without typing my name and my password every time ( thx passwordsaver its a little bit easier)

    Please keep me logged in so that I need not have to sign in so often. For Pete’s sake, I just want to check my email quickly- that’s why I’m using my phone! It defeats the purpose of convenience when I have to take the time to log in so frequently.
    Very very FRUSTRATING!!!

    Apparently, I’m not alone. I have been using AOL for 20 years and have kept it that long because it functioned perfectly for me. But, having to log in multiple times a day is no longer functional. I removed the ads by going to the privacy section and clicking off the various toggles, but I could find no way to stop the app from logging me out. This won’t work for me. Fix this or you will lose a long time customer.
