Still continuously requires me to log in on my iPhone X. On Mac desktop version, AOL Mail is surrounded by intrusive ads.

I have two aol accounts. This one I use for work. For the last month it makes me sign in every time I want to look at my email on this account. This is frustrating during meetings when I need to look up specific emails for times and dates. What happened? I should not have to sign in each time, I’ve never had to all these years. At least let me use my fingerprint.

The writers are right. It is inconvenient to constantly have to log on with user name and password every time you use Aol why was this started and why hasn’t it stopped it is annoying

A quick fix for now is to go to settings and turn the green notch off then in for your account. AOL is a bunch of buffoons who use this feedback system as an excuse that they take action towards what the people want.

I check my email numerous times throughout the day. I usually just click on mail icon and I’m signed right in. Now, it’s making me sign in every single time and I don’t like it. Very annoying!!! Please fix it!!!!!

This is an absolute shambles!!! Happens god knows how many times a day. Unbelievably irritating when I’ve missed 3 emails critical to my house move which have delayed things completely unnecessarily!! I reported this months ago and yet nothing has been done. Why???

I agree. Probably time to find a new carrier. When I heard that AOL had taken over Verizon email accounts I expected problems. This one is a deal breaker for me. It had better get changed soon, or I am out of here.

Agree with previous comments. Switched to app because of planned travel & vulnerabilities using Apple mail; however, this flaw is ridiculous especially for those who pay for their account.
