Not sure when it started but before I’d never have to sign in, it always auto signed in for me. Now I have to sign in every time I open the app even if I leave it open in the background. Super frustrating and annoying. It’s made me want to delete the app

I was out of signing in all of the time an then it popped back up. I even pay $16.95 a month since Verizon bought it. That is useless. Just give me the basics back. Lynette

It’s a big pain the but, when you set the finger print up ad a password. Setting it up is the easy part. Use after is the part that is a pain in the neck. I just hate

Just had to sign in 3 x. Very annoying. Frequently have to sign in twice. Frustrating. Used to be able to sign in once for the whole day. What is going on?

I've been with AOL since the 1980's - it WAS very good and you could view whether you had mail in up to five accounts at the click of one button.
Now, they have gone back to the 1970's - absolutely useless. Through Chrome, no longer remembers your user name that you have to input every time and this OATH thing drives me mad with its frequency.
Think I will have to move to TalkTalk addresses.

Forgets all log in every time. Have to switch to 2 line view, (auto reverts to 1 line) and then manage accounts, turn one off and back on then wait to see if it worked or try again...this is for all 7 screen names

Make it so I don’t have to keep signing in to use mail. VERY ANNOYING !!!!!!
The whole app has glitches. Nothing works as well as it used to. I hate using this app. It does not integrate well or not at all with my other apps. I’ve been with you for years and it was never this bad.

Having to agree to share personal information is an invasion of privacy and as such should be investigated.
