    Everytime I check app go thru sign in stuff - if using ipad or iphone always a problem ???? Had account for over 15 yrs

    I have to change my password every time I sign in it’s the worst email app on the planet I would dump aol except I cannot extract my “favorite places”which I have 150 addresses in.

    I am very annoyed to have keep signing in all the time. What can be done to stop this nuisance?

    By the way, i have a paid account (lets see, approx $100 x 18 years), and I still have to sign in 20+ times a day, while being deluged with ads. Gmail started to look pretty good.

    The need to constantly sign back in is HUGELY annoying. You’re going to lose customers in droves, including loyalists (18 years!) like myself. At least post instructions on how to bypass this bothersome and pointless requirement.

    The only problem I had was when it comes out of a new update I have a problem and it doesn't even look at me anymore and it is not easy for my phone app and it works me and I am a great

    I HATE IT! What is the point of signing in every time i want to use my email? I Stayed with aol when they started supporting the Verizon domain because I didn’t want to change my address. I may finally change my address to get away from the hassle and reduce my stress.

    AOL can do better...or maybe they are just too old fashioned and obselete. Signing in every time is a total pain. Time to leave I think

    Why, suddenly (and without ANY notification, let alone explanation) do I have to sign-in EVERY time?!?!?!?!? And, why will videos not update, ever?!?!?

    Annoying isn’t even the word for this. At least I can use my fingerprint but it’s still four different steps that I have to use to sign on multiple times a day!

    Another bad idea! Put the remember on the sign on.
