How d I turn off the adds/offers at the top
Of my new emails. Just another bit of junk I didn’t ask for and don’t need?! -

Stop unwanted ads & stop unwanted pop up that an e-mail has been deleted. Idiots must come up with your “improvement” ideas.

Using my I phone to check mail was quick and easy and now I have to go through ads and spam **** that I have not been able to control with the limited privacy choices. On my computer I can at least go to my mail and not have to play the ad game every time. Another annoyance is an ad that I deleted time and time again because every screen manipulation sees it popping back up. I’ve been an aol customer since 2001. I know I’m one grain of sand on the beach, but fix the force feeding or I’ll use a new service.

I turned off the ads option and I still get TOO MANY ADS!!!!! I didn’t have ads interfering with my email feed when I logged on from my phone. Having ads on the app is NOT endearing me to this change. I set it to no ads. STOP THE ADS!!!

I was told to use aol app on iPad for security. I did that, and like the app. Easy to get my emails. Problem is, ads that pop up at top of email list every time I go into mail. How do I stop getting these. I have looked on help, but still do not have an answer. These are worse than spam

AOL informed its users that the new app would make our experience more secure, but then added advertisements at the top of our mail list and within the mail list. How does this make us more safe? What if we inadvertently click on an advertisement, which is easily used to hack our mail?? Please REMOVE advertisements.

In email advertising removal tool. How do I lock out advertisements in may email in box?
This is a violation of my personal space within AOL. I assume I must live with it outside my email window and in other areas of AOL. Please let me know how to turn it off! If your service was free I admit I have no choice.

Why am I being spammed on two accounts with this rubbish? I do not agree to it. Soon as I delete it, it comes back.
