Still logging in 15 times a day. Need a FIX. Or should I go to google mail and drop aol???

Same frustrating problem here. Shouldn’t have to log in multiple times a day. Can’t find anything in settings to fix it. Will try the suggestion of closing the window, but IMO shouldn’t have to go through the extra steps to check email.

I also have this problem after the update. ONE WAY TO GET AROUND THE ISSUE is double clicking the home button on the bottom of the iPhone and quitting the aol app by swiping up on its window. Then the aol app will open when you click on the icon without re entering your user name and password. Much easier than going through the whole sign in again.

Today i had to log in at least 7 times. Why? Why? why? Why is this issue not being addressed? Complaints go back weeks/months and has been under review for weeks.

I too am having trouble with app. It makes me sign in, so I have to do that numerous times of day. I can access on my computers. So it seems to be IPhone issue. It makes me not use AOL! I have another email that I am being forced to use.

Agree with any on here it’s a complete pain to use on Apple phone. The app requires me to log in continuously. I echo another commentator give me the old system where I can use Apple to get my emails. The system wasn’t broke but AOL has now ensured it is well and truly shittered

Why must I continuously be required to log into my AOL email account? Is this some kind of security thing?? Everyday, I log into my AOL mobile email and review my new messages. Three hours later, I try to open my account and must log in again....and so on, and so on, and so on, etc., etc.,etc.,........how ‘bout a little help here........

Obviously aol does not care or it would be fixed by now but, I’m with everyone else, this email app is garbage. I’ve always been able to touch the mail icon and see all my emails - I’m spoiled. Logging in every time is not worth my time. And I hate seeing ads on my phone when I check emails. Maybe it is time to ditch aol like all the people who consider it a dinosaur; I have another email, the aol is just a no brained to remember because I’ve had it for so long.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE this new AOL. IVE GOT EMAILS ON MY LOCK SCREEN, emails on my home page, beeping every two seconds. GIVE ME MY OLD EMAIL BACK. I’m not a snowflake and do not need to have my nose in my phone 24/7.

This logging me out regularly really sucks. It totally slows down my workflow. Sometimes I am waiting for someone to respond only to discover aol logged me out and I haven’t received notifications in hours. No bueno! Please fix ASAP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Same issues as everyone else. For some reason I have to log in with my username and password every time to check my mail. Before I use to be able to get right in. If it’s for security reasons I wouldn’t mind using face id or a 4 digit code to verify my account but right now the login set up is a hassle.
