    I have to sign in continue all the time also does not update my mail. I continur to get a error message that my aol is going to be closed.

    AOL closes after a few minutes when checking my emails...very annoying!!!!!! I’m usually in the middle of writing something.

    The worse and no one helps me out. It says my password doesn’t work. How I don’t know . Fix it or your going to lose a lot of people.

    When I open up my aol app (after I’ve closed out from a previous session) it’s asking me to tap to add an account. If I choose that option only one of my email addresses is listed and that’s the one not active. Instead I go to settings and open manage accounts and my emails are listed and and the 2 I need are active. I then go back to the mail tab and it then takes me to my mailboxes. It’s now doing this all the time. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it works correctly but only for a couple of times.

    All my Accounts are either being lost, locked down or asking for re-up with password. Spoke to Romania as they are Fraud Department and not even American Citizens under Law of Our Land as in U.S. Code to Prosecuted if my Person is exploited. I had to release important data in Order to validate my Accounts? Is this European Union Data Collection or Data Mining of American Citizens? I left Verizon because I had a Military Secure Smartphone BlackBerry in the 90’s. And, Verizon was in essence Eaves-Dropping on Spec-War Warriors placing Our Lives at stake... I see this how it’s rolling out as a New World Globalist Dis-Order data ****** or snafu... All beware of this because nothing makes sense in this validation process.

    I'm having the same problem. Please fix it ASAP otherwise this App is useless. I have been using this App for many years and this is a problem with the latest update.

    I’m having the same problem with AOL mail shutting off when I try to retrieve my mail on my IPhone XR and needing to sign in every time I check my mail. Apparently nobody at AOL — is anybody there anymore? — is paying attention. It seems to be just older folks who have an AOL email address, and many of us aren’t that computer savvy. I use another email address for personal emails but I use AOL for shopping, etc. I may try to wean off AOL by opening another account on another server.

    This is happening to me too. The app won’t stay open for more than a few seconds. I can’t even use it anymore.

    App closes after being opened for less than a minute, only started with latest updates. Using IPhone 10 that is on version 13.1.3

    Why must I use goggle to sign into my paying account with goggle. Do I stop using Aol and go with goggle?
