Aol shuts down on me when I try to bring it up on my phone screen what’s going on

Keeps saying it’s a “first time log in” on my phone and I have to enter my pw each time I want to check emails. Nope, it’s certainly not the first time I’ve checked emails on my phone. I can guarantee. You can’t even get the app straight, and you expect us to either use it or figure out the options nonsense to keep AOL accessible on our iPhones. And we have to use an “app password” that YOU provide!?! Where’s the security in that?? Not happening. I have yet to see even one of your customers who is happy with this change. Perhaps this should be a lightbulb moment for you, AOL! Customers.are.not.happy!

App logs me out many times a day; I have to log in to see if I have mail. The whole point is for the phone to tell me if I have emails. This is decades-old technology ... get your *stuff* together, pls & thx.

It’s very aggravating to constantly have to log in. It’s like there is a timer on iphone aol acess. Can’t you fix this? Seems like I log in 10+ times a day. I do not log out of the iPhone access to aol.

Just started this morning. Same issue as many. Why do I have to now log in every time I want to check my emails with my username and password on my phone? Ridiculous and annoying!

Under review. Yeah I hope you take into consideration how dissatisfied most users are. Logging in every time is super annoying. If I have a pw for my phone why would I need to log in everytime I pull up the app. Nothing has changed. All I want to do is check my mail dang it

Terrible lag. I will get a notice that an email has come in & it won’t show up in my AOL until hours later or the next day.

AOL keeps asking me for my IMAP password on my iphone 7. I do not know what my IMAP account is nor do I know what my IMAP password is. Please help me.

Having same problem on my phone, where AOL suddenly shuts down. At first I thought it might be a problem with my phone but it continued to happen even when I got a new phone.
Are they trying to get people to drop AOL? -
