Aol shuts down on me when I try to bring it up on my phone screen what’s going on

My AOL mail is dropping off quite often while I’m checking for no apparent reason. None of my other apps do this.

This is happening on my phone also.
Another issue,
I do not want my username and password saved. Your app, even though when offered does not stop even though I tap 'do not save', keeps my username and password there. Anyone picking up my phone could check my emails.
And yes, I do have security on my phone.
So, I delete the app after checking my emails and reload the app when I want to log in again.
Not user friendly. -

Thank goodness I’m not the only one having AOL close without warning or forcing me to log in numerous times a day. It doesn’t happen to me in my work email account or my gmail account so the problem has to be with AOL. Will there be a fix soon? It’s getting frustrating. Thank you.

I can get AOL on my android phone but cannot get my email. When I try it ask me to sign in and when I do I get a web error. How do I get my email to my phone it's a G8xthinQ

Same thing happening. I actually brought my phone to be repaired Didn’t help. I have to resign in each am and often during the day. Months it’s been going on.

I don’t have trouble of signing in every day, but the app crashes at random times, while reading, scrolling, opening a link. I’d like this fixed.

AOL and iOS, aol keeps crashing, every time I delete or unread read mail. started with older iPhone so I purchased a new SE 2 and same thing, reloaded aol app and upgraded iOS to latest version. No change. I have been a dedicated aol member from original days 20+years. Please fix problem.

Keep having to sign into the app on my iPhone. Not sure why it is signing me out. Also, the app quits suddenly on my phone and iPad. Very frustrating.

Email will not stay up have to keep signing in and once signed in app closes without warning too often and too many ads and unecessary spam sometimes more than 70 a day
