I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    AOL .com doesn’t work on my BRAND NEW iPhone 11 max pro. I’ve tried all the “fixes” but no luck. Wish I had kept my IPhone 6 Plus. This app stinks.

    As I can clearly see there are a lot of posts regarding the same issue as I. I simply cannot get into my usual mail app on IPhone. It just buffers, messsges at the bottom saying errors & then you can’t get the emails. Such a pain. I’ve followed instructions how to reset on google, YouTube & my husband has even reset done a password but nothing as he’s accused me for messing something up. It has caused endless of rows! I’ve download the AOL app to get up to date emails regarding very important things as I’ve missed so many emails. It’s a hard time for everyone as my husband needs the main laptop for work so I can’t use that until he’s finished. I don’t like all the ads appearing at the top of this either & cannot selected one my settings to get rid of them . Its not user friendly. Please reply to all these feedbacks as we’ve had no emails or correspondence explaining why this has happened or how it is to be corrected! My family are now using gmail & paying AOL. It’s been going on for so long .... a bit like my feedback. AOL GET IT SORTED!

    Why am I not receiving emails...I was waiting for an extremely email didn’t receiver so I sent one from my husband’s and still not getting it HELP

    I have the AOL APP on my iPad. I can get AOL news. But I cannot get AOL mail. I have the right password- it just says “something went wrong. Try again later.” If it’s the wrong pwd, it says so. I have AOL mail on my phone, and stay logged in. Is that why I can’t ********* my iPad? Can I only ********* one device at a time?

    That both tablet works in tandem to work togeather..
    Presently iPhone keeps asking me to login

    Suddenly a few days ago my using aol web browser worked on my iPhone 8 - it still works on my mac. Now when I search it won’t bring up websites - only has a list of “related searches”.
    Please help resolve.

    It keeps telling me that the app can’t download certain emails or that your servers are running slow. yet I still get emails... very bizarre and it continues to happen even with great WiFi connection. Any help?

    I can’t get my current email to populate on my Iphone7 plus. Like now I can only see emails posted from yesterday and before not emails that just came in 10 ,15 minutes ago
    PLEASE HELP ! I have been in my setting on my phone and computer to double check settings

    Ipad App Icon shows I have new emails and they show up in the iPad opening screen. When I go to the app to read the emails, the new emails disappear. They load a couple of times during the day. I have brought this up numerous times. Cannot rely on this App for any work related or time dependent communications. Warning to other potential iPad users.

    I haven’t received mail that’s in my inbox at 7:30 according to my Aol on my desktop internet and it’s now 8:23 am. Need refresh at least every 5 minutes.

    News feed is not connecting. I have email but no news feed. Deleted app and reinstalled and still no news. Please advise

    There is an inordinate time delay between notification and when my email is posted to read.
