The new set up for AOL mail is not good. The old listing was much better. I realize that the new format allows you to slip in more ads but at what cost. After 30 years a customer I am going to have to look for another home base for internet and e-mail. John Norris
Also it appears that the feedback is a scam and the message goes down a wormhole never to be seen.

Agree. I will have to change a lot of addresses at sites and retailers but no problem it will happen.
