Why does your app keep crashing on my iPad?
Your app on my iPad keeps crashing. The screen goes black and then returns. I have had this happen while I am answering email and my whole frigging email just vanishes! It does it when I am on a website doing research. Just Black! And I have to Start All Over Again! What the ****!
On my Laptop I can no longer watch certain videos because your system is too Old! Hey how about you Update your Program! People think I am stupid to keep using your site. Well maybe I am. Fix it or loose more customers!

Hello there! Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it.
If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.
