Return me to my netscape w/o 6-8 steps!
My original netscape address is essential to my earliest multiple accounts that can’t readily, or possibly, be changed. I was told to download AOL again, but I’m afraid important emails will be lost forever.

I feel I’m a victim of circumstance b/c my early use of netscape was bought out after successfully using netscape email for numerous online accounts. I need someone to lead me via telephone in whatever steps through the technical jungle and vernacular that an 80 y.o. Can’t comprehend or navigate in a rapidly mutating and evolving foreign language.
