Dislike the program change too much for just letter and color concern
Before new update about maybe month ago or more and I like the way it was before. Because I look into mail letter to read then I close it then later reopen the app suddenly it went back to home page itself. It’ll lose my mailbox letter and then have too find the same letter a usual. I like the same situation like it was before and even the Yellow icon not good either too. It also need to be return Blue icon. The Home page not really important to me yet. It usually first opened it does go to mailbox lists and not in home page. It all change too much. It very seriously like to put it back like it was before and it starting getting a little annoy after while when thing’s change slowly.

This is so annoying. Why do I keep getting the add to get the aol app if I already have it. It forces me to get out of the app and go back in before I can read my emails. It does it constantly. I an up to date with my os on the iPad a den iPhone and the aol app is up to date. This needs to be fixed or else I’ll just start using my gmail instead

Selecting an email(s) brings up a white screen with an ad in the middle. Cannot do anything other than quitting app. iPhone app and AOL through Safari works fine.

When selecting any email message, the message appears for just a fraction of a second then only an ad appears. Cannot back out of the ad page. AOL Mail App on iPad Pro (M4) running iPadOS 26.3. This problem does not occur on my AOL app for Android, or if signed onto mail.aol.com on any windows browser.

Since yesterday every time I delete an email in the AOL app on my iPad it brings me to the ad you were running on the right side, which says “start your day with AOL…”(I would include a photo, but I am unable to do that here). Every time I am delete an email it brings me to the ad. I have to then exit the app and go back in and start over with each Gmail. I have restarted my iPad multiple times and today I deleted the app and reinstalled it but this is still an issue. This just started happening yesterday February 24. Please resolve it appears to be a glitch with the app. Thank you.

I use my AOL as my main email account. I’d prefer to use the app than going via browser.

Visual BUG per Cust Service. Once in inbox ~3-5 sec screen goes white w/pop up ad in center. Only navigation buttons are New Mail, Home. You can go back to mail screen but in 3-5 seconds it just repeats the issue again. Not enough time to open emails or anything. Phone support unable to help, advised I log issue here. I’ve been unable to use AOL app since 2/23 AM. Deleted app, Reinstalled, ran updates, rebooted, nothing fixes it. Please correct or I’ll be forced to change email service to another provider. The new yellow color for the app is terrible and looks like a traffic sign that signals "Caution" or "Road Closed" or "Slow" or "Uneven Road Surface." It is very ugly looking and ******* the eyes. Is this really the signal you want to portray about AOL? I think this was a bad decision on AOL's part to change from the pleasing blue color to this harsh yellow. Please change it back to blue! For the first time in years, I am seriously considering closing my AOL accounts and transferring everything to gmail. I'd like to hear some feedback as well. Was this a marketing ploy or publicity stunt?
