    Agree with last person I had an update to iOS 16 yesterday, now AOL won’t open and says I need iOS 17 ? I can’t do anything as it’s not time to upgrade to iOS 17? My mobile is working fine, but here in my iPad I can’t open my AOL mail ??…

    After reading all the comments below I’m having the same issues can’t get my mail as of September 1st says you have to have 17 updated my phone is an 8 plus

    My Apple I-phone will suddenly not allow access to AOL to read or send emails as of September 1, 2026. It was working fine on August 31st! It's not even a three year old II-phone! Have been using AOL for 30-plus years and I just paid more last month for AOL services due to your rate increase. WHY won't AOL work on my phone now? And why didn't you upgrade it to work with phones that aren't that old?? PLEASE FIX THIS GLITCH ASAP!

    My iPhone has iOS 26.0. But aol will not let me access the sight to get my mail.

    Your newest app update will not work on my slightly older ipad running on ios 16.7.16. It can’t accept ios 17 updates.
    What were you thinking when you decided to create an app update without allowing backward compatibility with older units.
    I have been an aol user since the early1990’s and am significantly angry about this.
    ARE YOU TRYING TO LOSE US OLDER USERS?

    I can NOT get into my mail! My Apple iPad is older & has an iOS 15.8.8 it cannot handle any update!! How can I open my mail without update? CRITICAL!!!

    I would like to know I can rectify this. More notice would have been nice.
