How can we improve the AOL App?

It’s telling me that I need to update and I don’t have a password cuz I’ve had it for years but it won’t let me reset it either,

It says I need to update the app but it won’t let me reset my password and I have important things I need to read. Everyone I know has this email 🤷‍♀️help please
