the app won't let me switch between accounts, says I've been signed out and when I try to reconnect it doesn't add them back even after going through the steps. The mail won't open either. It was working perfectly until this last update. I use 4 different accounts and could switch between them easily, now I can't. I have to use my desktop to actually read the mail and it's a major hassle to check all of the accounts that way.

Cannot get any new email since yesterday with the new app update v8.0.10 - iPhone 12 Mini w/iOS 27.0.1. I’ve been using AOL for 15+ years and this is the first time it’s really messed up bad. Have to use the browser to read my AOL/Verizon email, which means the app is useless!!

Using IOS and email content will not load or loads extremely slowly. No improvements in my opinion. Please fix !

I never had any problems with AOL app on my iPhone until installing the last two recent updates. Accessing emails through the app is very slow. Please fix!

Notification number shows 15 when there is only one email takes a two second delay after opening inbox before any show up have to empty trash before notification number resets

Please fix this browsers only allow one email at a time constant logging in and out to switch some of us rely on this app for work emails and school updates !! It’s been an entire week and aol customer service can’t figure it out !!

iPhone iOS 26- New Mail does not update. Top left of the screen says “[number] unread” but the screen says “All caught up”. Been like this since 9/30/26 and the app is up to date.
