I’m very impressed with your daily news roll up. Please give me a roll up of Global & our USA news once a day. My regional news twice daily & breaking news as needed. I’m very busy & im depending on you to keep me up to date on everything from Political to environmental. Others will agree once they experience your informative & newsworthy style.
I’m not a news watching woman but you simplify the news with choices & a Great one line explanation. No one wants news forced down their throat. -

If all I can get on the aol app is aol I’ll drop my service after 35 years. On the mail app I can get aol and my personal email I think on gmail. You’re making a huge mistake and will lose lists of people

My mailbox won’t update..
My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

It would be great if you could get rid of all the Irrelevant NFL post that nobody cares about anymore and turn off the average American. After 50 years of watching and following the NFL I have turned to other forms of entertainment. They are overpaid and to political.

You need to do better testing of changes
As part of the change required by the EU privacy rules, you put up a splash screen that requires an answer to proceed.
But it appears that the banner placed on the bottom of the screen will not allow recognition of the button press.
IPhone 6S+. Currently at iOS 13.3.1 (issue has persisted through several iOS upgrades)

Why?
Why would anyone want a Facebook, Twitter of even a file to remain an AOL file. Just where did such stupidity come from.

Steve Nash NBA coach?
The article you posted and even the mere questioning of Steve Nash’s hiring as an NBA coach shows the face of the ugly racism by minorities that has taken root in our country. Currently black coaches are coaching at 26% of the head coaching jobs available in the NBA when blacks only make up 12% of the population. Update app for MacOs Catalina
You need to update the app for MacOS Catalina.
The app needs to be 64 bit, not 32 bit. If it’s not updated soon, AOL users will migrate to Gmail permanently and it will be too bad for AOL. Many of us have been on AOL for over 20 years and love it but you will force us to leave if you don’t do something quickly. Thank you in advance -

Unopened emails should be on top.
There should be an option to have all unopened emails be sent to the top of the inbox.
