I NEED YOUR HELP. MY EMAIL ID WAS HACKED BY SOMEONE AND THAT HACKER IS CONSTANTLY MESSAGING MY CLIENTS USING YOUR EMAIL SERVICE. MY ID IS ***@yahoo.com and the hacker is using *****@aol.com . Please look into this matter and block that user so that he can't harm us in future. If you can't do that please let me know so that I can officially file complain.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to take any specific action on an account based on your feedback alone, however, if a user is abusing our system to send mail, we’re definitely interested. Please reach out to our Community Action Team at tosgeneral@aol.com where a team focused on such experiences can review and take the appropriate action. For security reasons, they’ll be limited in the information they can share back, however, we’re dedicated to ensuring our users don’t abuse our system, and the Community Action Team will act accordingly.

I was on your AOL 2nd story and got a Norton message about intrusion attempt from **********************.net was blocked. Why do you not stop these hackers from your website? There are packages out there you can buy - many large companies do this - it's not rocket science....

Want to bring this to all AOL Users' attention. There is an Email Scam going around saying that someone is trying to deactivate your account from a legitimate browser. It will list the date, the browser and your Email Address. How did I know it was a Scam? The way that the word "Deactivate" was spelled wrong in the Subject line. If you get this in your Spam folder, DELETE IT IMMEDIATELY or report it to your branch of the Better Business Bureau.

You have an email scammer using your services for a gift card scam on businesses.. <fernandoyam@aol.com, the message hijacks a ceo's name and prompts you. I'm occupied in a meeting and I'd like you to personally handle something for me. I need your help with a purchase, I'm looking to surprise some of the staffs with gift cards but I want you to keep it on the low pending when they get it. So therefore, I need 5 pieces of Apple Gift cards in all $500 face value, amounting to $2500. I need you to help get the gift cards from the nearest Walmart store, scratch out the back of the cards in order to reveal the digit pin at the back of the card, then attach pictures of the cards as a reply and email them back to me. If you think this would be convenient, let me know.

Stop spammers! I'm harassed almost daily by an India based marketing company who use a rotating list of aol email accounts to spam me with. They include no option to unsubscribe in their messages. I block one and get emailed by the next aol email on their list within a few days. The messages are the exact same each time. Just different names and AOL emails. Always AOL email addresses! I'm assuming they are constantly creating new accounts. It's very frustrating!

message from OATH with a UK address wants me to agree to a new tos, but the next screen needs email address and password, and it's on an excel spreadsheet. Seems bogus. Can you advise, or tell me where to forward to?

I am in the Notary business and our industry is getting inundated with fraudulent emails coming from: *****@aol.com. These people are impersonating legitimate title companies and sending out fraudulent requests for loan signings to thousands of agents at a time. It is enough to take down a company and it is just wrong. I am searching everywhere on your site for a place to report and I can't find anything.
