FIX AOL GAMES

Fix aol games. We have been asking for way over a year now and nothing gets done. Some cant get on the games to play and others dont have chat. So many people are going to other game sites. Just fix this like it was before. NOW

If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.

1. Upgrade your browser
Our games run best on the latest browser technology
Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome‎
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416

2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.

4. Clear your browser cache

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size.

5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.

If you still have issues accessing our games, please provide us with the following information so we can assist you:

Are you logged in?
How often do you experience this issue?
Are all the games impacted?
What type of connectivity do you have?

    Lucky Break 8 Ball suddenly stopped registering my scores over the past few days. I need that corrected.

    All I want is to be able to cash in tickets when I opt for them during games. I hate what has been done to the screen. It is way too strange and impractical.

    Can't open Wordchuck game on Firefox browser. Problem started yesterday. Can play on Safari but is not fast or smooth. Please correct problem so I can play on Firefox.

    Signing on with AOL Gold, please fix the games. So much fun but when there is an issue every day, its not. Thanks for your attention to this matter

    fix the chat in games and lobby lists in games ...AOL free games they are called but I pay over $50.00 for AOL gold plus a few add ons .....this does not seems quite fair ,,,,please fix this ASAP or I might drop my membership to AOL if need be to play these games normally. than you
