Sign out of Email
I deeply resent having to click "Yes, I am sure I want to sign out" of my Email account and then have to WAIT while AOL is signing me out! I am now opening another tab in order to continue working. AOL is no longer my homepage.

Your system logs me out of AOL while I am reading an article in AOL. As a paying customer I do not appreciate being log off while I am working on line.

I complained a month ago about the logout rigamoroo that I had to go thru to log out of my mail. A week later, it was fixed. Now that I made a comment here, I have been locked out of my email account, Aol.com can't be found without using some ingenious tricks to get to it, and then it still had me logged in. So I log out and then it asks me if I am sure. Wasn't doing that for over a month after I complained. I thought they fixed it because I and others complained. I am beginning to think this is nothing but a trap and no one is listening. I have never saw a
Customer Feedback page like this. Very odd and wondering now if I will get a virus next. With only 35 complaints, there sure isn't a lot of people complaining. Can't imagine this few. Or is it they are afraid of being punished as it seems I might be. I didn't even use the code word "Trump"!!
