Make the "search" function useful again. PLEASE.
Once upon a time, AOL had a decent search function. Then it didn't. Then it did again. And now it doesn't. Placed orders with Alaska Wild Berry Products-AKWBP and Godiva on 24Aug for delivery in Florida. Got a message yesterday (28th) order was received from Godiva, but not clear about AKWBP. Tried to search for AKWBP, Godiva, and the msg sender from yesterday. ZERO results. (Search could find NO messages from any of those entities for the entire month of August!) I know I have a great many emails out there, but I have tried to purchase a program to get them sorted and filed. Unfortunately, that program does not seem to work at all on my AOL account. It insists my AOL information is out of date. Its not. Pulling my hair out. If you have a cure for this madness, I would sure like to hear about it. Thank you. Also: Please bring back email support. Have had a few chat sessions over the years. Not a one was worth the time it wasted. Most of the questions I need answered can be quickly resolved by email. When you are on a night shift and sleep days, plus are about four time zones away from most contiguous states, email responses are the only way to fly.
