Have Verizon put all changes back to original format. I've been a member since early 90s and it's awful now!

Comments where did they go. 12/31/2019 about 4 days now no comments I come to AOL to read news then red comments from the readers. to see where people stand on main issues to be frank MSM as you are, are feeding us what they want to promote. if you are a fair journalist you should allow those comments to continue.

I am using your site less and less.
Waste of time. As soon as you post something regarding trump and his crimes, the computer slows down, stalls and freezes.
I do multiple cleanings and am constantly clearing my files, cookies, etc.
Most of the time, a lot of post get deleted. -

Most of the recent changes to the comments section would be great if they didn't slow down the reading and posting of comments so drastically. I get so many long-running scripts that slow down my computer to a crawl or lock up my computer completely. Then I have to reboot. Since the changes, lots of commenters have complained that aol is deleting their comments when the fact is their comments aren't getting through because traffic is heavy and the recent changes take up too much bandwidth, so the site doesn't function properly. A lot of my comments haven't gone through. If I try again later, the comment will work; but by that time, no one is reading so making the comment is kind of pointless. Perhaps if you removed the feature for following other commenters, it would make things work better. That is a really useless feature. People go to the stories that interest them. They don't go to stories just because some stranger commented on a story. I haven't noticed anyone following anyone else. Also, my comments here are meant for the people who work for aol who make these stupid decisions to make idiotic changes that benefit no one. I prefer not to post my complaints and suggestions in a public forum, but apparently aol employees want their users to do their work for them.

Every time I click the box to add a comment the whole comments section disappears. This has been going on for several days. I thought it would have been fixed by now.

Stop blocking posts that expose liberal ******. Your new trick: delay the posts from showing up until the story has gone cold.

The "conversation" section after news articles has gone completely haywire recently. Jumping when someone is trying to type, erasing what they are typing before clicking post. Kicking the reader/poster onto an entirely different page/subject. Posts disappearing after refreshing the screen. This is causing countless hours of lost time for people who want to participate and contribute etc. Since it is an outsourced function, someone has to get on the vendor to fix it! or eliminate the conversation all together rather than cause frustration and irritation.

Your comments section pages bounce, and I'm tired of not being able to post in the comments section for the past two months, despite having an account since the late 90's, while following AOL guidelines.
Please fix this.
