    Where do we report AOL for AOL' extremely poor service. AOL never fixes anything period. I have written hundreds of feed back only to be ignored by AOL.

    To much time to fix. AOL ISN'T that good in fixing things. Case, blank page. Get some one that is better in fixing things.

    I have experienced problems on several occasions sending or saving emails. No problem receiving emails. Fix this now.

    All of them. Story links do not travel with pics.

    I just clicked on an ad that says there is a credit card for people with excellent credit that has no interest until 2021. There were a couple of places on the ad to click and all came up with "no such page, bad request, etc." WHAT???

    Tried your suggestion for fixing disappearing comments to news stories, e.g. select "newest" before making comment. No effect.

    My welcome screen blinks for hours. Then it goes blank. AOL refuses to fix this for I have been giving them feed back about for awhile.

    OKAY Are you guys serious? For the past 3 days ALL of the stories not related to a Huff Post articles have yielded a blank page! Funny the ads never take you to a blank page. Why do you continue to tease us with headlines when you know good and well that we will not be able to read the details? I am approaching the point when it is really pointless to even visit the AOL website.!

    You are not working very hard to fix it. It has been weeks since people have been able to read articles. Hopefully you will work a little faster.

    I agree -- you can't read half of the stories. All you get is a blank page. Very annoying. Please fix it!

    How can we provide URLs to links when only Blank Page appears? Please fix this annoying problem or delete those stories that only lead to blank pages.
