Get rid of the slide shows. I want to read the full article.

Get rid of slide shows it is a paid to have to click every time to read entire article. Usually the substance of article comes after reading several pieces of story that really don't matter.

    I'm tired of paying $40 per month and not being able to read an article with out clicking "NEXT". I've just about had it..... Ready to get rid of AOL.....

    You have received hundreds of mails on this topic, but the bottom line is that you have disdain for your customers, ignore their comments, and generally don't give a ****!

    The slide shows are an abomination. I haven't read one in a year. The minute I see that you don't furnish the actual article you promise but rather that you expect us to follow, like blind sheep, from one page to the next, I simply click off and ignore the rest.

    Your contempt for your customers is despicable.

    I agree with all comments below. It becomes boring to scroll thru all those useless slides just to get to the original topic.

    Refused to look at any of the Next Page articles. Please stop them. Make them a continuous read or just eliminate them

    I no longer read your articles but google it to read full length without clicking thru your many pages. Your driving your customers away with this sort of exercise. This is nonsense and I will probably switch my service to someone else.

    Most often, can't even get thru the entire coverage on these next page stories. Reverts back to the beginning. I just give up and quit looking at them. Also can't read them from the ads popping up. When you x- out of an ad, lists about 4 choices why you don't want to see them. Add a 5th choice. "If I wanted to see an ad, would turn on the TV or look at a magazine"

    I concur!. As an option, give us the ability to click a "Read the full article on one page" option! I hate having to click each time to read something that is unnecessarily long and drawn out...

    I agree with getting rid of the slideshow format. If you put an article on your site then just let us read it. Make the video optional too. I enjoy reading and don't need the video.

    I pay for AOL.... Don't want to have to click to get the whole story.... I also immediately leave the page....

    I completely agree !! When I click on an interesting article and find a slide show. I immediately leave that page.

    I agree. I'll see something that interests me and when I click on it I have to go through so many screens to get to what I was interesting in.

    Could not agree more, such a waste of time to read between the ads and see only 2 or 3 lines of pertinent text
