Shield printing issue...
Problem w/printing email on AOL Shield; spent over 2-1/2 hrs with Tech dialed in. He was unable to resolve issue even after uninstalling current version & reinstalling recent one. He contacted Tier II technician who spent maybe 2 minutes online & determined it was an HP printer issue. Was able to use printer's copy feature, print emails via Chrome browser, could print screen shot on Shield, also printed Windows test page & alignment sheet for new toner cartridge; NOT a printer problem. One of your programmers needs to investigate & fix the issue, then update Shield software.
