Submitted this feedback a couple of weeks ago; still nothing has been done about it. What's up with that AOL? Is there just a single individual assigned to assess these thousands of submissions and determine their importance; whether they should be forwarded up the food chain or not? Maybe this forum is nothing more than an outlet for customers to voice their grievances.

Ranked 11,326...Yikes! Does anyone at AOL (or Yahoo) ever actually read these complaints / suggestions and act on them?

AOL...stop trying to upgrade the system; when doing so, you continually throw a bug in something else. Leave well enough alone.

11,322nd...now when, if ever, will someone get around to reading a complaint ranked that low? Makes one wonder if this Feedback is actually a functional tool for AOL or just a total waste of customers' time.

To think this feedback submission is ranked 11,296, should be an indication to AOL that there are a plethora of people who are dissatisfied with portions of your existing software. Being ranked so low, who knows if -- or when -- a Tech will even read my suggestion (let alone, act on it). Because some competitors offer their services for free, why isn't AOL chomping at the bit to keep their paying customers happy?

Why would this suggestion be ranked so low? It had been an automatic feature in the comments sections of AOL's articles for years.

Have written replies to those whose commented on my posts; theirs go through without an issue...yet mine, devoid of name-calling, nasty remarks, curse words, etc., get rejected. Even after rewording them (again, without any harsh opposing statements), the AI system AOL and Yahoo have in place continues to reject them. And now, with a revision you people think is better than the previous system, you don't even have the opportunity to correct your rebuttal...you have to jump through hoops at additional attempts to post. Enough already. You're going to get to the point where people no longer want to pay for your service.
