I can no longer make any comments and do not even receive the comments section so that I can read what others are thinking. I would like this restored as quickly as possible.

While I'm not sure you've completely stopped all posts of my comments, I'm deeply concerned that you rejected one that absolutely did not violate any of your so-called "Community Guidelines" regarding civility. I merely told the factual truth about the specific issue without using nasty language, calling names, or disparaging any specific individual. I've been a subscriber of AOL for YEARS and have never had a comment rejected before. All I can surmise is that you're now censoring comments based on certain political views (conservative) just as most of the other social media conglomerates are doing. If you care about your members, you must stop this censorship immediately, or we'll start looking at alternative email providers. Below is the rejected posting (not sure of the URL, but you're obviously using an algorithm for your censoring, so I'm sure you can find it). Please advise the precipitate for the rejection of this particular comment in your response.
"What a bunch of BS. Barr was an extremely respected Attorney General - until, of course - Dems found out he was going to start a major investigation of Russia gate. That's when the Barr bashing began. Can't wait to hear the results of the investigation that involves the biggest political scam in the history of our nation."

Okay, people. I'm a liberal and my ability to comment has been removed too. There is no comment section at all when I look from my home computer. When I look from my work computer there is a comment section. This has nothing to do with signing in. I guess we could turn this into our comment forum.

why does AOL ask ,,,WHAT DO YOU THINK and then delete the comment/response to a comment, when there has been NO offense to your SUPPOSED guidelines?? If Im not allowed to use the entire AOL structure ,then we will stop payment on our subscription.

AOL, we've been "paying" customers for years and so disgusted your articles are always "negative" toward the Trump Administration. Unfortunately the BIG Media appears to be "an arm" of the liberal Democratic Party. Your bias is so obvious it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see it. Our daily prayer is "Good will overcome Evil" before the USA becomes a socialist/communist country!

********* AOL for rejecting my comment ! Tell me what is exactly offensive here ? "So if you are rioter, looter, and or a protester you won't spread the disease or catch it. But if your a Trump supporter, conservative, and go to a rally you might infect the whole city. Where was all this concern the first night of the riots and protests in Minneapolis and then when it spread to other cities. You heard a little bit about from health officials but not that much. Democrats didn't say squat. Again, the media hypocrisy rears it's butt ugly head. They don't even try to mask it. They just don't care. They know it's a double standard, but they feel it's justified." This is the second time in the last few day where I had a comment "rejected that had no vulgarity, nothing even close to hate speech, no threats, no NOTHING ! You're company is blatantly trying suppress views that are in contrast to yours' and not only is that outright discrimination and censorship that is nazism and communism had its most basic. Is this the old USSR ? That's ok, because soon so called media outlets like AOL will be nothing more than an old memory.

Obviously, since the same user on different computers is getting different results (see below), AOL is banning certain IP addresses. We can complain all we want in this 'feedback' forum but it's no more effective than pushing the elevator button over and over, thinking that'll speed it up. If AOL was going to change things back to the way they should be, they would have done it already.

When I read articles now on my computer, there is no conversation section. This is true whether I sign in or not. When I look on my work computer, there it is. A conversation going on. What happened?

Why was my comment deleted? Please highlight what you objected to and what policy it violated.
Here is the Url
https://www.aol.com/article/news/2020/06/14/protesters-light-fire-inside-wendys-where-atlanta-police-killed-black-man/24523088/My comment started with: This is another example of very weak journalism that leaves us with too many unanswered questions about important details that they could have gotten if they tried. How could this trivial situation have possibly escalated to become a lethal shooting? ......
it continues on for a bit. -

I have been on AOL since they were charging $25.90/ month. you now penalize you long time members and censor their comments? You forget what made you. Time to fire you since now when it is most important to find out what is important to "AmericanS on Line"
