    @ ROBERT PEMBERTON It was probably just an outdated or unsigned/self-signed SSL certificate.

    Just because virus software throws up an alert, that doesn't necessarily mean it's a virus.

    Hope that helps, because I don't think you'll get any help here.

    Product support - I no longer have the article so the URL is not available. You must have the ability to go back to your news and find the article, Life Underground in the Arctic, about life found thousands of feet under the surface snow. It was up about 8 a.m. this morning. I would think you would be very concerned about the security of you news items

    More important than comments, are the security of the news items sent by AOL. I just sent the article, Life Underground in the Arctic, and a reader called me to tell me her computer security system sent up several alerts on this item. I have since sent a e-mail for receivers to delete. Doesn't AOL do security checks on all news items they sent on line? I am embarrassed. Until this is address and users notified that the news is safe, I will stop sending them to my friends.

    I'm no longer receiving email notifications, and my settings are set to receive all, and it looks like my comment likes and comment counter have been reset.

    I am being censored by your 3rd party moderators, Please rotate them to other jobs where they can learn how it feels to be oppressed by unknown people...
    Objective credible older people need to supervise them as well.
    Other pro-biden people reporting trumpies repeatedly, causing a person to be censored/blocked, is wrong.
    Please fix the problem,
    I did not violate any TOS at all at anytime.. also the moderators don't give any warning, AND I am paid aol client and have been with AOL for over 20 years. Please fix the moderator problem.

    I have no idea what the url of the countless articles would be!!! What a terrible excuse for ignoring folks who have been refused the option to post on your news blog. As for me...MY ISSUE IS THAT, FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER, I AM NO LONGER PERMITTED TO OPINE ON YOUR NEWS BLOG! Get real, AOL! Clearly, this is happening all over the country, to countless others who simply want to exercise their FIRST AMENDMENT right of FREE SPEECH.

    I have had several comments "reviewed". After the first two or three were flagged for review, all were flagged for review, no matter what was said. Censorship at its best. I think only one was rejected. Suddenly, I no longer even see the place to add comments. Have I been banned from commenting without any notification that I have and without any reason?

    I am having the same problem. I have not said anything offensive. As a matter of fact, my first comment today was "True", and it got rejected.

    OK I changed by password, but I still am unable to comment on the news articles. I don't know anything about an app to share or any of that. Any further ideas or can you look at my account?

    Why have I not been able to comment on news articles by aol? Happened a couple of days ago. My mail works OK and I can pull up the articles and read them-but I can't comment. My comments have not been offensive or radical. Any ideas of what I can do

    I am not being allowed to make comments on AOL news for any news article as it says that I have violated Community Standards even if I put in a comment in total agreement with the article. No violent or threatening comments. I continue to see hateful comments by others that are truly offensive. Been a AOL user for over 20 years. Curious that this occurred two days after the events in Washington.
