Never used to have to sign in to comment on an article. Why would I want my entire name out there for anyone to use or reach me at????

I shouldn't have to sign in to make a comment. That is a violation of my freedom of speech. The internet is a public forum and therefore I am not required to identify myself to say anything. Additionally, you need to get rid of all of your liberal biased "leaders". I shouldn't be able to tell their politics from their posts. They are hateful and ban anyone who doesn't share their opinions, which is criminal.

You have probably been shadow banned by aol, they are very dishonest.

I think you're going to force people to find other boards to post. I am. And I'm saying AOL blocks posts on every one.

Here is my idea. Restore my commenting ability and do it now. There is no reason they have been curtailed, and you have not given me a reason they have been suspended. I am getting tired of being nice.

Fix my inability to comment on stories AOL offers. This has been going on for over a year. There has been no explanation or reason for this censorship. At least give me a reason.

This site is getting ridiculous. Been with you since 1992. Very close to cutting the cord forever and dropping giving you a single cent. Figure it out quickly.

Quit ******* around with the comments section and fix it! First I couldn't post as an AOL user. Could only post as a guest. You briefly fixed that then the comments section would disappear when I clicked the box to post a comment. After several months that was briefly fixed. Now I get a button that instead of saying "post comment" says "sign in to post", even though I'm already signed in to AOL. When I click it all it does is refresh the page.
With all of the latest greatest technology availably to AOL why do they keep messing up the comments section? Just reset everything to how it was a year or so ago. It worked just fine back then, and you know the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". -

Don't give a "sign in to post" notice if already logged in.

Fix your site! we now have to sign in to make a comment. Yet even when you're signed in it still says you have to sign in. Also if you read an article and try to go back to see/ read other articles it says you've been timed out. I've been with AOL since the beginning I'm getting to the point of saying he heck with it

It does not recognize when I am actually logged in. It drops the connection often. Must refresh continuously to get it to work. Very frustrating.

Even if I follow the AOL instruction by signing up before commenting, the post only appears on my computer. I sure wish that they would hire some real talent on AOL for a long overdue change.

Wow, man oh man you folks have gone out of your way to destroy the "comment-less" section. It's nice to lose the "guests", but "sign up to comment" is fine if one can get back to where they were while commenting. This new "comment section" is basically trash. The coders who wrote this ought to go back to coding school, unless of course this is what AOL wants.
