Aol comment not working
I used to comment to a post but it's not showing on the comment box after posting. Kindly do something about it to make sure I got interaction to your aol website.

Restore my ability to have my comment posted and read by others. It has been over a year, and I still have no idea as to why this ability was removed.

I too am no longer able to post a comment as in the blue box to click on after posting instead of it being blue and printed 'post' the blue is faded and it says 'sign in to post'...and I'm already signed in. I've called and given feedback and no one is doing anything to solve the problem. I began to wonder if I was blocked for something I posted even though I don't get nasty or belligerent then I checked here and see others are having the same problem. Why isn't AOL doing something to address this problem? The rep I talked to on the phone behaved like he didn't even know what I was talking about and suggested doing this feedback...he passed the buck...and this is the 2nd or 3rd time of me coming on feedback and still nothing. It's ridiculous. So I've been going to and staying on Yahoo. At least all is working there.

When I want to leave a reply on an AOL News article it always reads Sign up to Post to leave a reply. When I click on it nothing happens and I lose my connection.........Please fix this AOL, I'm already signed IN.

I got the password and when I entered it into your system it automatically put a space between each letter. Tried 3 times all failed. Now I see no comments seem to be allowed. What's up.

Please fix this or at a minimum explain why I am not able to comment.

I have not been able to comment under my screen name or when I am signed in for over a year. There has been no explanation and no fix to the current problem. I would like my ability to comment returned.

Never used to have to sign in to comment on an article. Why would I want my entire name out there for anyone to use or reach me at????

I shouldn't have to sign in to make a comment. That is a violation of my freedom of speech. The internet is a public forum and therefore I am not required to identify myself to say anything. Additionally, you need to get rid of all of your liberal biased "leaders". I shouldn't be able to tell their politics from their posts. They are hateful and ban anyone who doesn't share their opinions, which is criminal.

You have probably been shadow banned by aol, they are very dishonest.

I think you're going to force people to find other boards to post. I am. And I'm saying AOL blocks posts on every one.

Here is my idea. Restore my commenting ability and do it now. There is no reason they have been curtailed, and you have not given me a reason they have been suspended. I am getting tired of being nice.

Fix my inability to comment on stories AOL offers. This has been going on for over a year. There has been no explanation or reason for this censorship. At least give me a reason.

This site is getting ridiculous. Been with you since 1992. Very close to cutting the cord forever and dropping giving you a single cent. Figure it out quickly.

Quit ******* around with the comments section and fix it! First I couldn't post as an AOL user. Could only post as a guest. You briefly fixed that then the comments section would disappear when I clicked the box to post a comment. After several months that was briefly fixed. Now I get a button that instead of saying "post comment" says "sign in to post", even though I'm already signed in to AOL. When I click it all it does is refresh the page.
With all of the latest greatest technology availably to AOL why do they keep messing up the comments section? Just reset everything to how it was a year or so ago. It worked just fine back then, and you know the old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". -

Don't give a "sign in to post" notice if already logged in.
