automated voice recognizing system
voice recognizing system does not respond immediately to the answer for the question:" what is the first 3 letters of your email account". Sometimes I say it and they don't connect me, and sometimes I then type the letters MWT and it doesn't connect me to tech help. Finally, after multiple times of doing these things, it connects me but it takes too long and is very frustrating when they just don't connect! Please tix this!

I am almost ready to stop paying for my AOL! If I can't easily access tech help, why should I pay for AOL? FIX THIS or I will discontinue my many year membership!
