    I am almost ready to stop paying for my AOL! If I can't easily access tech help, why should I pay for AOL? FIX THIS or I will discontinue my many year membership!

    If you say paying customers can CHAT with you SOMEONE has to be on the line to CHAT. I see others are having the same problem. It won't let me email because I am one of the few customers that still pays for AOL but then no body cares because it is not working with AOL GOLD/microsoft. It STINKS! and no one cares or it would be working.
