AOL can't tell me why my news article comments are always rejected, even though I follow guidelines
How about letting me make comments on news articles. I follow guidelines. Many others fill the same way. I called AOL and they couldn't tell me anything, bunch of no nothings working there They want to know how to improve AOL and I just told them32nd ranked -

Why are all my comments rejected? I never use foul language
My comment " My sympathy to the families of the victims" was in reference to the Indonesian plane crash. I do not understand why anyone would reject it. I do not use gross insulting words. As a charter member of AOL I am extremely unhappy with the direction AOL is heading32nd ranked -
Stop being the worst.
That's it. Just have a little pride. Show a little self respect. Stop being a terrible company with horrible policies. Stop ignoring feedback. Stop rejecting comments that do not violate your guidelines. It's SO SIMPLE. Which makes it so infuriating that you continually choose to be the worst. Just stop.

Please Start letting me comment again. I have no idea why I have been banned. At least let me know why I have been banned and not your boiler plate message about making someone uncomfortable. I am sure I did not violate any of your standards. If you are going to ban someone, may I suggest that you at least let them know.

Encrypted data
Perhaps it's time for aol to let its users know how you still fail to encrypt it's users data. This has been widely known for ages that aol fails to do this.

Aol hasn't been a worthy news source since 1985 and trying to fool users into thinking they are trying to provide an external link is ludicrous.its just a form of shadow banning users. You folks at aol are so predictable
