The comments section on aol news stories does not work at all.
I go to AOL news stories, I read the article, then I click on comments and nothing happens. I click on the icon on the top right of the title and nothing happens, I click on the button at the end of the article and nothing happens.

need a feature to delete INBOX messages either one "page" at a time or date specific....the manual deletion of each inbox email is slow.

Went to your help site and they were not able to address my issue. Every comment I post is being rejected, including a simple "hi". Fix it.
Fix the issue with posts being rejected. This is a new issue, noticed for first time yesterday. Tried posting "hi" and it was rejected. Appealed the rejection and the appeal was denied. I don't post insults or non-verifiable information, so there is no reason to 'block' me. You chat help was unable to even take a report on the bug??? What good is chat help if you can not report a bug using it???

aol desktop gold
Aol Desktop Gold not launching for 2-3 weeks now. I restarted PC multiple times even tried reinstall but same issue. Anyone having the same problem? I've worked with AOL tech but they can't seem to fix the issue as well.

I can no longer sort emails by Subject. Please bring back that feature. That was really useful since I use AOL for my email; I have for years--love it! Thank you.

i have an issue when i am typing in an email address on ''to'' field even if that email address is on my contacts it does not show uc
it works just on basic version on opera browser, if i use chrome or safari even on normal and basic it does not work, please help me with this issues

Review criteria for blocking SPAM
I believe AOL should initiate a review/upgrade of its screening program to block/minimize SPAM. In less than 2 months, I have received over 40 suspicious emails, all relating to cloud storage. With only 1-2 exceptions they have originated with different senders. It is my view that they were all so clearly and obviously fraudulent that even a marginally effective screening system should have blocked them. I talked to an AOL representative, asking for an email address to which I could send copies of the suspicious messages for review by someone in Technical Support to better display the nature and extent…

AOL Desktop Gold, has some error and latencies cannot sign in on the software application and need to wait for the next update. I hope that AOl will gave us notification once the update was already done so that we can use the AOL Desktop Gold

"Login.aol.com/account/challenge/password" not working in AolShield or Firefox or any other Windows XP browsers.
10-6-25 "login.aol.com/account/challenge/password" stopped working after password typed and NEXT depressed. Turning circle icon that will last as long as you let it, hours . . . Windows XP OS, AolShield, Firefox, Chrome, Opera all do the same thing. AOL software for "login.aol.com" has been changed to lock out Windows XP OS browsers. Why? It has worked for years! Can AOL fix it, Yes or No? So far all I get from Technical Support is no!

Emails that others are forwarding to me are not getting to my inbox. Others are getting a not deliverable message when they try.
For some reason, people sending me emails are getting "undeliverable" notices when they try to forward something to me. They can cut and paste into a newly composed message or they can reply or reply all but forward is not making it to my inbox and I am missing important stuff. Please do not tell me to call the 800 number where I can pay you to fix this - this is a bug and needs to be fixed without my funding.

Customer service is buns
Customer service was horribly rude and unhelpful. Funny that I was told paying for the subscription was not worth it because there is no difference in service. They refused to elaborate on what benefits the subscription gets. They tried to speak over me many times as well after expressing frustration that waiting ten days for a call back was unreasonable. I was told to wait longer. Their customer service is non existent.
