I like to sort by sender and each time I open an email. I have to scroll back to the email that I'm going to read next. It's very annoying and takes up space. It is quite annoying. Before changing things, maybe you could give the option to either give feedback or opt out of the new format.

Why have you tried to fix something which wasn't broken? Bring back classic!

First place most everything is going into Spam-I am missing valuable information and wasting time-so this is not just about advertising. You want to advertise and make $ that way?( put it up top -, do not block the sides off so it can not print full pages. If it's money you want- how do I know this will not continue if I pay? And if I am to pay , why not update my email to yahoo or gmail instead? Aol dates me-anyway so I may just have to go to another ...if I don't have any information on why you have ruined this company I will change tomorrow and this will be secondary only until I move every contact. I have had it...

this is stupid. i have been trying to get a 'CODE' to my email and it NEVER comes (to identify I'm really who i say i am). so ridiculous. the code NEVER comes no matter how many times i hit "resend". i'm at my witt's end with this dang aol!

Having been a AOL user for two DECADES without a problem, today, all of a sudden, I can NOT SEND nor reply to emails I receive. I can write the email text and save the draft, but I cannot reply to any emails I receive because the normal SEND button is gone making it useless.

Yes it sucks, and they send me the same advertisement hundreds of times a day with no way to get them to stop.......

The new system is dreadful. Apart from the cluttered layout it won't autofill addressees,if if there have been 2000+ emails between the parties. Zoom links aren't highlighted and in short this " new improved " version doesn't work; after 25 + years with aol it's time to gradually change to another provider. Aol customer service seems to have gone very quiet.

If I cannot retrieve my old AOL I will switch to a mail service more compatible to my enjoyment

I AGREE COMPLETELY. THIS "NEW" FORMAT IS JUST PLAIN BAD. tHERE HAS BEEN SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT THAT ITS UNBELIEVABLE THAT YOU APPARENTLY HAVE NO PLANS TO LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS AND WILL STICK TO THIS FORMAT WHETHER OR NOT YOUR LONGTIME CUSTOMERS AGREE. I'D FIRE THE PERSON OR PERSONS WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A SWELL IDEA. GUESS I HAVE TO RESEARCH A NEW BROWSER (AS I THINK A LOT OF PAID CUSTOMERS WILL DO)

Totally agree this new AOL sucks to the highest level. When I delete any of my emails they then go into my history and I have to go into history and delete them again. Isn't that a wonderful feature of the new AOL. What happened to the keep as new character? Why do I have to click on an arrow to get any kind of request? Can I PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE my old basic back?
