    Several versions ago of the mobile app for iOS we were able to zoom in photos
    This option was removed

  6. The autoscrolling main stories need a pause button.

    The main stores autoscroll so fast, and have no pause button, I feel like I am wrestling with the scroll arrows just to try and ready the one line headline in time before it disappears. This actually causes me stress every time I visit the site and therefore makes for an unpleasant experience. I visit no other website that has a fast, autoscrolling lead story slideshow like that. Please provide a pause button, or stop it from autoscrolling.

    Hi. The main story carousel on the home page has a pause function that occurs when you click the left or right advance button. Thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if you have any other suggestions.

  7. Safari not always loading site

    On iOS using Safari, I’m finding that when I am connected to wifi, autoblog isn’t always loading. It tries for a few seconds and then gives up saying it can’t be loaded. If I disconnect from wifi, then it will load over LTE without issue. I have tried it in several places (home, work, friend’s house, etc) and just upgraded to a new iPhone and still have the same issue. It isn’t every time, but probably 40-50% of the time. Over LTE I haven’t experienced this issue.

    We have been unable to replicate this issue over the last few months. If you continue to have problems, please open another ticket.

  8. Scroll Issue

    In iOS, when scrolling down through articles, the article thumbnails will flicker and then I find myself several pages down where I was originally scrolling and need to scroll way back up to find where I was. ?

  10. Android app redesign

    Android autoblog app needs complete redesign(cleaner UI like Engadget), a better bottom navigation tabs/bar and also Android app icon should be in circular shape (adaptive icon).

  11. Stories in app aren't loading properly.

    In the last month or so the app has developed a problem whereby stories in the news feed will update but the stories do not load when selected. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times but no luck. Please help, this app is so useful to me.

  12. App image galleries are not loading.

    I have problems with your mobile app. Whenever there is a photo in an article that has the little boxes in it that indicate a slideshow is available, when I click on it all I get is a blank page. Also, many articles have imbeded pictures that don't appear (like the current article on the custom Ranger). I don't know what is causing this and from the comments I see, others don't seem to have these problems. Samsung S7.
