AOL/ Masque and Gamepoint games will not load, or get disconnected
AOL / Masque Games will not load AGAIN... Same with Gamepoint games. They either freeze or disconnect. WHY ?????

If you’re having trouble with an online game, there are a few easy fixes that could solve the problem. Try the solutions below in the order they’re given. If the first solution doesn’t fix the problem, try the next one.
1. Upgrade your browser
Our games run best on the latest browser technology
Upgrade Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/?scene=2
Upgrade Chrome: www.google.com/chrome
Upgrade Safari: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204416
2. Install the latest version of Adobe Flash: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. Open Games on AOL.com on another browser
Try opening it on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If it works in another browser, continue to use that browser to play the game.
4. Clear your browser cache

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you can also try to increase the cache size.
5. Install Java: http://www.java.com/en/download/
6. Clear your Java cache:

IMPORTANT: Once you’re done clearing your browser cache and Java cache, please close all browsers (or your AOL Desktop software), reopen, and then try playing the game.

I select a table (at least I can get that far), then it gets stuck at the logo just before it is supposed to allow me to take a seat at the table that I chose.

Chat feature in slots goes doesn't download or if it does it is older conversations at times. Is someone hacking it? Tired of this. This happens a lot recently. Are there disgruntled people doing this? My gosh.

All of a sudden chat doesn't download for slots. There are people that are disruptive but they are easy to ignore and if you don't engage then no biggie. But now I can't even see chat or if it is there it is like ages old. What on earth is going on? There are people that are abrasive on chat but you can easily ignore them or not not engage with them, but now there is no chat? or it is older conversations?

The game is Spades and I can't enter a table to play. Who is Unity Web GL? Have not had this problem with other game sites.

Not an idea but a problem. When I try to open the AOL Slots Lounge site, I get a "400 bad request" message. If I do get it open, I get the same message when I click on the "allow once" message to enable Flash Player. How do I fix this?
