  1. Can't even merge two accounts of emails

    Cant find the option to merge or to forward from one aol account to another

    Ability to create a list of senders that will not be blocked.

  3. Fix error messages

    I tried to activate the highlighted text to
    AVOID DELETING aol & Verizon Email acct. I keep getting error message 404 & the redirect doesn't work either. Please advise....

  4. Poor design

    I've tried to give the new format a chance, but I find it cumbersome. I have to hunt for my actions. And some actions now require more steps (i.e. marking mail as ""not spam" and really slow me down.

    Where's my news? I'll have to hunt for that as well because I haven't seen it since the format changed. I've been going elsewhere.
    It's definitely not friendly for or to this user.

  5. What happened to delete all in spam folder.

    There is no longer a delete all option, not even a select all. Having to delete each message individually or select each individually to delete them is time consuming.

  6. This new format is ****. I been with aol for over 30 years. I am unable to work with this. My kids say to cancel !

  9. I want my old style basic format back. I don’t like this new one. I’ve been paying for aol service for about 30 years. If I can’t enjoy

    I want my old basic aol format. I’ve been paying for aol for about 30 years. If I can’t get basic back, I’ll change providers. It’s as simple as that, and I’ll have one less monthly bill. I will not pay for something I don’t like.

    Adds are driving me crazy. They get bigger & more intrusive. I have decided NOT to patronize any of those advertisers —even if I want what they are offering

  19. You cannot block specific scam or spam domains. you should be able on access through a mobile device the ability to block senders

    You took away the ability to block email addresses. Why? The only way to stop the spam is to block the source domain. Please stop making non productive changes. Whenever problems are reported, they are ignored because the website and app are managed offshore.

  20. Limited file size on attachment

    I understand that you can only send up to a certain amount of size for each emails. However, there are many reasons and purposes that require to send a certain file that exceeds your file size limitations on your email. Maybe you can follow outlook’s or gmail’s leads by uploading the file to your server and then users can share the link to access the files that need to be sent using your email? Users will flock over to other email services if you don't keep up with the times
