Malgré avoir passé des heures à changé mes codes et adresse de récupération et accéder en 2 étapes à ma bt mail
Il continu touj à accéder à ma bt mail via son portable 0647715516 et cela quand il le désir puisqu'il ouvre ma bt mail avec son empreinte digitale !! Merci d avance mon numéro est le 06 21 22 85 20

HAVE PASSWORD CANNOT LOG IN
Seriously have my password but cannot access my account because it's linked to a childhood pet from 20 years ago that I cannot think of.... verified information via telephone call but still was locked out of my email. As probably one of the longest emails from the 90s, created for me as a child, this is just messed up.

Improve Spam filter
Recently I have been getting huge volumes of spam arriving in my inbox instead of being directed into spam.
This needs sorted urgently!
This new version of AOL is unstable and frustrating, get it sorted ! -

Email has disappeared
My emails prior to 3 September have disappeared. I don’t have an explanation, they’re just gone. I thought it was a problem with them being pushed to my iPhone, but when I accessed my email through aol.com, there aren’t there. How can I retrieve those emails?

Please bring the old style email format back.
I could easily mange my emails in the old format effectively. This new style is not user friendly because it does allow the many of the features of the old format (i.e. sort alphabetically, by date, search a specific sender, etc). Sorry to say, I will likely change my primary email provider to allow me to access the features I am used to using.)

I think this is some sort of set up I’m gonna end up getting a private detective and if it is what I think it is because my Mail is not what is perceived to be and I will own AOL mail

Ads are intrusive
The ads are intrusive. At least minimize them so they don't take up half of the page.

Give me back the ability to select options for my mailbox.
When I tried to increase the font size of my mail, you eliminated the format of my mailbox. I cannot recover it. You have offered me something called “gold” for $5 a month where I can maybe select the options I want ( maybe not). I’ve had this address since 1993. But you’ve moved away from me.

Email not being received
Where the **** are my new emails? Nothing comes to my in box at all. Previously all emails started going to my spam box. Since January 2021 I don’t even get emails in there!
