Mail disappeared
All my emails from 2008 to 2016 are gone. Where are they and I was never inactive on this email. Especially not for a whole year. I want my email back something fishy is going on

Inactive mail
Inactivity means for safety we have one main mail other mails we send mails regularly but even inbox receiving mails suddenly stopped receiving mails and deleting all files withour proper information is sad

Can't reply to emails!!!
I can't reply to my emails. The option is hidden under ads at the bottom of my email. Put that option to reply at the top of the email where it's available to use. Doesn't take a genius!! This is maddening to have to go to my laptop to reply to an email.

Spam filters
If the email originated outside of United States it should be blocked automatically. I'm tired of seeing flashlights Viagra bank's and all the other BS I've never search for or asked for. Clean up spam getting over 200 spam emails should not be a. Normal thing

Can no longer block spam
AOL keeps changing. Right now there is only "Mark as Spam", which doesn't work. I keep getting the same annoying spam, despite marking them as spam hundreds of times. In the past I could actually block emails that contained certain words in the heading. I no longer have this option, so every week I get a hundred emails that read SHARK TANK SHOCKER in the heading, no matter how many times I report it as spam. To much spam
I'm getting about 150 spam emails going to my spam folder every day I have to delete I don't know how to stop it all from coming in.

Dump the Out Box. A properly run email service should not have one.

Spam filter sucks
Why bother having an option to identify emails as spam if your service never does anything about the emails/senders I've marked as spam? Seriously, I get 2-5 emails A DAY for some stupid Camp Lejeune Lawsuit Phishing *. Each time, to I mark it as spam. And everyday, another half dozen with the same *. Fix this.
