DELETE new update!!! Revert back, please!
The new update is beyond HORRIBLE! When I contacted Customer Service, I was told I would have to pay to get further assistance with YOUR app update not working correctly. My emails won’t load. When they do load, I read and delete the ones I don’t need. Then they show back up saying unread. The format is not user friendly. It looks like a lot of people are having issues and they need to be addressed now.

What happened to delete all in spam folder.
There is no longer a delete all option, not even a select all. Having to delete each message individually or select each individually to delete them is time consuming.

I would like the option to go back to the old format. Similar to some that I have left due to this very same reason. -

Block spam
It should be a lot easier to block spam emails..why cant there be an option to select block sender

When I mark my mail as “keep as new” or “unread” it does not work!
When I click into an email and go to the bottom to the three dots and click “mark as unread”, when I go back to my mailbox the email is GONE! I tried this several times and I am upset because there is a lot of important things that I need to keep! I also found that if I check the box to the left of the email it says “keep as new” so I tried that and also clicked into the email and again, when I clicked out it was gone! Highly unsatisfied.

gimme my aol account back
aol stole my credential to my aol email account, linked to my social media account. i hired even a lawyer. now i'm requesting daily to hand me out the access to my aol email account. i proofed its my own!

Printing from mobile site
Where did the ability to just print the email from the mobile site go? I had to go to desktop to print just the message that was 4 pages long. When I tried in mobile site it just wanted to print what is on the screen. This is not acceptable.

Even though I selected old style I could not change back. Terrible layout for writing new mail. 20+ years of the most common sense mail gone
Let me have the old system back.
