When I mark my mail as “keep as new” or “unread” it does not work!
When I click into an email and go to the bottom to the three dots and click “mark as unread”, when I go back to my mailbox the email is GONE! I tried this several times and I am upset because there is a lot of important things that I need to keep! I also found that if I check the box to the left of the email it says “keep as new” so I tried that and also clicked into the email and again, when I clicked out it was gone! Highly unsatisfied.

When I checked emails that i read in new mail to mark keep as new and then clicked keep as new nothing happened. After I opened up another email the ones that I wanted to keep as new went into old mail.
