    I am unable to open my email attachment on the new the format. Can I revert back to the old format.

    Hey Guys. Not sure, but I think settings let you choose, new, old, and basic email.
    A lot of email companies have such options.
    AND keep in mind, that a lot of ANY major websites, offer an even more basic mobile option - if you put a m, or mobile, in front of the website name. I think maybe even instead of the www

    I agree with everyone else! New format is terrible! I don't understand why I haven't read anyone who likes the new format...so change it BACK! PLEASE!!!!!

    The old mail was better than the new one most of the time U have problems to signing. I don't like the new format

    I do not like this format. Go back to the old format. I was never asked about this new format. Woke up and there it was.

    Agreed, this new format is not user friendly. Progress is normally good, but this on seems revenue driven. At least give us the option to use the old format.

    Please let me know how to opt out of this new format ???
    Or just change it back to the format that I had yesterday & for so many years
    This one is not better & I really don't like it GIVE AN OPTION SO PEOPLE THAT WANT TO KEEP THE FORMAT THAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR THEM CAN STILL HAVE ACCESS!!
    PLEASE GIVE ME BACK THE FORMAT I HAD YESTERDAY!!!

    This format is AWFUL!! Very frustrating, difficult, annoying, irritating.....GO BACK TO PREVIOUS FORMAT OR YOU WILL LOSE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS!!!
