    The 'new & NOT better format is terrible. There has been more than enough time to.fix the shortcomings of the new & TERRIBLE format. FIX it or go back to workable old formst.

    Go back to old AOL. New one not user friendly at all when deleting mail. To many advertising in the middle of the page no way to delete

    PLEASE give us back the old version! Emails disappear, you can only see three emails at a time and the ads are annoying.

    I agree. Only 3 emails show up. Font is huge. Can't find settings to adjust font size.
    AOL Mail was one of the best email systems around. Simple but efficient. New isn't necessarily better.

    This is a terrible format!! Go back to the former format!You tried to fix something that wasn't broke!!!! This new format is broke, fix it by bringing back the old format, and oh lose the sang ads!!!!!!!!!!!!***

    I agree don't change the format anymore let your subscribers know in advanceand we don't need to see any ads in our email box
