Poor design
I've tried to give the new format a chance, but I find it cumbersome. I have to hunt for my actions. And some actions now require more steps (i.e. marking mail as ""not spam" and really slow me down.
Where's my news? I'll have to hunt for that as well because I haven't seen it since the format changed. I've been going elsewhere.
It's definitely not friendly for or to this user. -
How do I get back to old mail site????
Add a choose option to the try new email selector……you make it easy to try new but you can not go back to old…..this is wrong!!!!

I have to navigate between two aol apps in order to receive and reply to my mail…VERY INCONVENIENT!
Increase the font size in basic mail. A while back it suddenly switched to this tiny font which is hard to read. AOL is a mess!

WHY DO YOU KEEP DELETING MY SAVED EMAIL. WHY?
I have been a member of AOL for over 20 years. Never had a problem until now. Why in God’s name do delete my Saved Mail?? I had documents that were important to me. When Zi call AOL, I keep getting the runaround. If I don’t get assistance, I will change my email.

Get a good ITCompany. And stop trying to be cute and keep it clean and simple.
Trash can emoji disappears in and out at its will. I haven’t seen one positive reply here. Get a good IT company. I’ve been with AOL since start. It just gets worse every day.

Why intentionally make this harder to use?
The toolbars don't appear, so I can't take an action after selecting a message. If you need ads, it made more sense to keep them on a fixed header/footer where they're smaller but always visible - instead of ridiculously oversized and interrupting the inbox (that just makes us angry at the sponsor!)
I shouldn't have to OPEN a spam message to mark it as such, but that's the case when the controls don't reliably show up in an easy-to-use position.

Your news feed is INCREDIBLY biased. Is Kamala Harris your only journalist? 😂 Makes me want to delete this email so I don’t have to see it.

Your new format SUCKS. Whomever greenlit this needs to be fired.
This is probably the final straw that makes me finish switching over to gmail.

This scam has been going on for over a year.
Try doing the right thing -
