From what I can see, nobody likes this new format, myself included. Why don't you please your users and return to the original format?

I've been a paying customer for over 20 years. Don't pay to be annoyed with ads in my face while waiting for the new and not approved slow loading.

The format changed as I was reading email. I thought that my phone had messed it up. Spent an hour troubleshooting before realizing that it was AOL that "improved" the format. Virtually unuseable! Please return to the previous format.

Go back to the old format. I find it offensive that there are ads in my email files anyway. Big brother is involving itself in all personal items.

This new format is HORRIBLE! Annoying ads, confusing interface, automatically moves mail to old mail, instead of letting me decide.

Please go back to old format. You should not have just changed it like that. The ads are disruptive and too large. Haven't you heard the expression if it ain't broke dont fix it. Whose ever idea this was, next time keep it to yourself.
